Baking paper is ideal for baking pastries in the oven. It allows pastries to be baked without sticking, and is easy to remove from the mold without the addition of fat.
What’s more, it can be used to bake en papillote, packaged and stored in the fridge or freezer.
This makes it easy to remove from the mold and clean dishes.
